12 or 16 week contest prep-This includes a weekly diet tuned to your body's needs, a weekly workout regime also fine-tuned to you, posing, suit choice, tan, make-up, and everything involved in doing a bodybuilding, figure, or bikini show. Will need to at least be able to email photos on a weekly basis, if not video chat. Pay half before, half after.
off-season contest-This is an all-inclusive off-season prep, involving workouts and a diet tailored to your goals for the upcoming year. Pay per month.
women's weight loss-Not for the competitor, but for someone looking to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. Not just for those who want to lose weight, but also how to keep it off. Pay per week.
muscle-building for men-For those who aren't interested in getting on stage, but want the "beach body" look. Diets and workouts to get you into shape for summer (or spring break). Pay per week.
One time "everything I need to know"-for those of you who are interested in learning about your metabolism, why should you eat more instead of less, why "this" & not "that", here is your opportunity to learn from a physiologist. You can pick my brain so you'll never have to go to a trainer again-learn about muscle shock, appropriate times to do different types of cardio, why cheat meals are good to have in diets, etc. $40, 2 hours.
